Henderson Nevada, a neighbor and largely considered suburbs of Las Vegas in 2005 (projected higher in 2008) 65,000 single family residence homes, 2100 mobile homes, 600 multi-plexes or multi-family units, 17,600 apartments, 4284 Townhomes, 5707 Condos or Condominiums, for a grand total of over 95,000 units. The estimated population is 325,000 people. The median income is approximately $60,000 a year.

Green Valley Henderson Nevada Las Vegas is a Master planned Community development that was founded in 1978 by American Nevada Corporation. It was one of the first Master Planned communities in Las Vegas.  Located in the South Eastern part of the Greater Las Vegas area in Henderson, Green Valley boasts a great way of life of hundreds of thousands of People. This desert is an oasis of green as the trees and mature landscaping have transformed the once desert looking terrain into paradise. The shopping in Green Valley is second to none. The Galleria mall is a very popular attraction as well as all the many stores on Stephanie Blvd. Toys-R-us, Best Buys, Costco’s, Wal-Mart, Target, Sports Chalet, Dicks, Ashley’s home furnishings, and many retailers call Las Vegas Home.  Green Valley Las Vegas Henderson is certainly a shopping Mecca.
