Southern Terrace Las Vegas Nevada is a great master planned community in Southern Nevada in the South West part of Las Vegas. Southern Terrace is nestled near the Red Rock Mountains and boasts world class picturesque views of the Red Rock Mountains.  Located just two miles south of Summerlin Las Vegas Nevada, Southern Terrace is only 6 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. The New master planned community is called Northern Terrace of Las Vegas in the Master planned community of Providence Las Vegas.
